Responsibilities
- Advance computer vision and machine learning algorithms—such as segmentation, 3D reconstruction, and object tracking—from prototype stages to deployment on embedded systems with limited resources
- Develop high-performance, real-time inference pipelines using C++ and CUDA to support surgical assistance applications with strict timing and precision demands
- Work closely with clinical engineers, designers, and software teams to convert clinical use cases into actionable technical requirements and testable software specifications
- Support engineering practices for safety-critical systems, including hazard analysis, risk reduction strategies, and validation methods for artificial intelligence models
