In this role, you’ll take full ownership of technical development—from foundational backend services to intuitive user experiences—working across Rust, Python, and TypeScript to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end development across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and frontend applications
- Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams to define product and technical strategy
- Identify friction points in user experience by actively using and refining your own code
- Design and implement resilient architectures using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Vercel
- Guide technical direction through independent problem analysis and solution prototyping
- Mentor team members and contribute to critical architecture decisions
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of full-stack engineering experience with proven depth across system layers
- Solid grounding in computer science principles and real-world application at scale
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in fast-evolving environments
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native tooling and distributed systems
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego mindset
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- A track record of shipping functional, user-focused software quickly and iteratively
Preferred Background
- Experience developing for iOS or embedded platforms
- A history of rapid prototyping and launching working MVPs
- Passion for exploring new technical domains and uncharted problem spaces
