Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical leadership to decompose complex initiatives into manageable tasks, deliver incrementally, and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines.

- Maintain system reliability by establishing monitoring practices, defining key metrics, escalating issues when necessary, and contributing to ongoing operational support.
- Promote team growth by participating in hiring activities such as interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Design and implement data integration pipelines connecting diverse products and backend systems.
- Develop core platform components that support essential functions like transaction reconciliation across internal systems, external partners, and financial flows.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support production systems as a required part of the role.
