Match Group is looking for a Software Engineer III, Web to join our team developing the web applications that connect millions of users. You'll work on building and maintaining robust, scalable web platforms that are central to our portfolio of dating products.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and performant web applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the web stack.
- Contribute to improving development processes and tooling.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer building production web applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend web technologies.
- Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
