The Solution Architect plays a central role in advancing AI adoption across government sectors by aligning technical innovation with public mission objectives. This position focuses on transforming policy-driven challenges into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that improve citizen services and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide technical teams through the design, prototyping, and deployment of AI systems, ensuring alignment with strategic goals at city, regional, and national levels.
- Develop clear, practical resources—including technical demonstrations, code samples, and documentation—that bridge business objectives with implementation needs.
- Collaborate directly with engineering, product, and sales teams to refine solution designs and ensure customer requirements shape product evolution.
- Lead hands-on technical engagements, from proof-of-concept trials to full-scale deployments, using modern AI and computing infrastructure.
- Represent customer and partner feedback to influence product development, advocating for improvements that reduce technical barriers.
- Demonstrate cutting-edge AI solutions built on high-performance computing platforms, showcasing real-world applications in public sector contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of five years in technical roles involving software development or consulting, with at least three years focused on deploying deep learning, computer vision, or generative AI systems.
- Proven experience fine-tuning or deploying models such as CNNs, Vision Transformers, large language models, or generative AI pipelines.
- Strong command of Python, PyTorch, and containerization technologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly through writing, presentations, and code sharing on platforms like GitHub.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to learning and disseminating knowledge across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in government technology, AI startups, or digital twin systems.
- Experience with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Helm, or Slurm.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps practices for computer vision, NLP, or data analytics applications.
- Hands-on work with NVIDIA GPUs and associated software libraries.
- Strong interpersonal skills across diverse cultures and languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa, or Arabic.
Work Environment
