  • Develop clear, practical resources—including technical demonstrations, code samples, and documentation—that bridge business objectives with implementation needs.
  • Collaborate directly with engineering, product, and sales teams to refine solution designs and ensure customer requirements shape product evolution.
  • Lead hands-on technical engagements, from proof-of-concept trials to full-scale deployments, using modern AI and computing infrastructure.
  • Represent customer and partner feedback to influence product development, advocating for improvements that reduce technical barriers.
  • Demonstrate cutting-edge AI solutions built on high-performance computing platforms, showcasing real-world applications in public sector contexts.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of five years in technical roles involving software development or consulting, with at least three years focused on deploying deep learning, computer vision, or generative AI systems.
  • Proven experience fine-tuning or deploying models such as CNNs, Vision Transformers, large language models, or generative AI pipelines.
  • Strong command of Python, PyTorch, and containerization technologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly through writing, presentations, and code sharing on platforms like GitHub.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to learning and disseminating knowledge across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in government technology, AI startups, or digital twin systems.
  • Experience with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Helm, or Slurm.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps practices for computer vision, NLP, or data analytics applications.
  • Hands-on work with NVIDIA GPUs and associated software libraries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills across diverse cultures and languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa, or Arabic.

Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid model, offering flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. Some international travel may be necessary to support cross-border initiatives and client engagements.

Culture and Impact

The team is driven by a shared mission to improve public services through responsible AI. Continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and global collaboration are central to how work gets done. Success is measured by the real-world impact of solutions on communities and government effectiveness.
