The Senior Analyst, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Information Security is responsible for helping protect organizational assets by identifying and addressing information security risks. This role ensures alignment with internal policies and recognized industry standards, contributing to a strong security framework across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential threats to information systems using established risk assessment methodologies
- Conduct testing of security controls to verify effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Enforce compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in deploying cybersecurity tools and technologies under the guidance of senior leadership
- Deliver ongoing support to business units on information security matters
- Oversee third-party vendors to confirm adherence to security and compliance expectations
- Develop and deliver training content to raise awareness and promote secure practices across teams
Qualifications
- Proven background in information security, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with security technologies and their application in enterprise environments
- Understanding of governance models, security awareness initiatives, and policy development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and business leaders
- Skilled in analyzing complex issues and developing practical solutions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively while also taking initiative when needed
