Greenlight Financial Technology is looking for a Staff Product Security Engineer to own the end-to-end security of our consumer products, digital platform, and emerging hardware devices. In this role, you will operate within a highly regulated financial services environment to establish robust security programs and champion the secure adoption of AI.
What You'll Do
- Drive security review and threat modeling programs.
- Lead penetration testing.
- Manage PSIRT operations.
- Champion secure AI adoption.
- Establish security guardrails for AI-powered products and AI-assisted development workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience conducting security reviews and threat modeling for consumer-facing applications and digital platforms.
- Deep expertise in leading penetration testing activities and managing vulnerability disclosure (PSIRT) processes.
- Demonstrable background in implementing security controls within regulated environments, preferably financial services.
- Hands-on experience developing security guardrails for AI/ML-powered products and AI-assisted software development.
- Strong communication skills to advocate for security priorities and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Product Security.
