Join DMV IT Service LLC as a Stars Reporting / Data Analyst to drive our Star strategy with a primary focus on Part D Star measures. You'll oversee Stars-related reporting and analytics, provide operational support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and business segments.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and prioritize data analytics tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of reports and analysis.
- Collaborate with various business segments to align Stars-related reporting with operational goals.
- Effectively communicate with senior leadership and clients to deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee issue resolution related to Stars reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can drive improvements for the business and clients.
- Transform raw data into easy-to-read and actionable data sets for use across multiple dashboards and projects.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and QA processes for Stars reporting products.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and tools, focusing on automation and improving efficiency.
- Implement best practices for data management and reporting, ensuring continuous improvements in report quality and timeliness.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Medicare, managed care, PBM, or health plan industries.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Proven knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software.
- Deep understanding of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets.
- Experience managing multiple projects with changing priorities and minimal direction.
- Experience with statistical models and predictive analytics.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a client-facing role.
- Experience working with the Part D Medicare Star Rating Program.
- Ability to bring an innovative mindset to enhance the Stars reporting product.
- Basic understanding of programming languages, such as SQL.
