Responsibilities
- Work as part of a supportive team to supervise, engage, and inspire campers
- Create a safe, inclusive, and energetic camp experience every day
- Roles range from counselors to site leadership, and applicants are considered for the best fit
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to make a difference
- Willingness to follow YMCA and DCF policies and attend required training courses

- Pay ranges from $14.00–$21.90/hour, based on role and experience
