Responsibilities
- Provide and manage government-furnished equipment including laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals such as webcams, speakers, and MiFi devices.
- Work jointly with PIVOT contractors, GDIT personnel, and OCIO staff to ensure hardware and software compatibility and performance.
- Improve stability of endpoint devices through rigorous software testing and integration of updated versions into standard system images.
- Use configuration and deployment tools such as MECM, PXE, and Microsoft Intune to maintain and scale 4,000 enterprise Windows 11 devices.
