- Manage the candidate pipeline by assessing incoming applications, organizing the funnel, and advancing only qualified candidates.
- Conduct structured preliminary screenings on demand to evaluate initial candidate suitability.
- Verify critical candidate criteria early, such as location, work model preferences, availability, and role-specific disqualifiers.
- Create concise, accurate screening summaries and recommendations based on defined role evaluation criteria.
- Provide refined candidate shortlists to hiring teams for further review.
- Ensure transparent and timely communication for both candidates and interviewers regarding next steps.
- Share actionable market intelligence derived from sourcing activities, including talent availability, response trends, competitor movements, and message performance.
