As a Supply & ADV Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations through automation and data-driven insights. You'll work within the Operations team to identify inefficiencies, implement technical solutions, and support scalable improvements that directly impact customer experience and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks such as data extraction, transformation, and system uploads, reducing manual effort and error rates.
- Build and deploy validation tools to verify data integrity across platforms, ensuring alignment between financial records, ERP entries, and sales agreements.
- Enhance B2B order processing by developing automated workflows using tools like Firebase and custom scripting solutions.
- Analyze logistics costs in the US market, including transportation, returns, warehousing, and rework, to identify savings opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Service teams to align on shared metrics and improve cross-functional communication.
- Support automation initiatives by coordinating with internal platform teams and tracking project progress through ticketing systems.
- Help refine the customer return process to improve turnaround time and post-sale satisfaction.
Technical Environment
You'll work with a modern tech stack centered on Python for scripting, Firebase for real-time data handling, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for core operational data. Experience in data cleaning, system integration, and automation frameworks is essential.
