Q Media World is expanding its international publishing team and is looking for a Web Developer (W/M) to build and maintain our national and international web presences. In this role, you will focus on web programming and design for our lifestyle magazine brand, contributing to a dynamic and creative environment.
What You'll Do
- Create websites and integrate them into CMS systems.
- Build and optimize landing pages.
- Continuously develop, update, and maintain web applications.
- Optimize for performance, UI/UX, SEM, and different end devices.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in the digital world or comparable activities, preferably in the media/advertising industry, or relevant studies.
- Excellent market knowledge in the exclusive brand and lifestyle segment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and action-oriented approach.
- Confident and professional demeanor, resilience, and flexibility.
- High sense of responsibility, strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent English language skills.
- General understanding of web development technologies and contexts, primarily WordPress.
- Good insights into web design and web performance.
- First experience with JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of HTML(5), CSS(3), and Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of Joomla!, TYPO3, or C++.
- SASS, Task Runner (e.g., Gulp), or Git knowledge (or willingness to learn).
