ALO Yoga is looking for a Global WFM Configuration Specialist to join our Workforce Management team. You will be instrumental in configuring and testing updates within our global workforce management solution, Legion, ensuring our scheduling and labor models support operations worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the end-to-end configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of all scheduling rules including labor standards, scheduling policies, work roles, and meal/break compliance.
- Execute system configuration changes in response to evolving operational needs, company policies, and system upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Store Training/Experience to gather insights and align system configurations with in-store execution.
- Act as Tier 2/3 support for system related issues, manage service tickets and coordinate resolutions.
- Analyze forecast and scheduling data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of WFM configurations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the broader Retail Operations function.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience working with Workforce Management systems
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with labor compliance regulations and scheduling best practices across different geographies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in retail, or other hospitality industry operations
Nice to Have
- Experience with the Legion workforce management solution

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $80,000-$110,000 per year
