Zaubar is looking for an XR Web Developer to create the future of location-based storytelling. You will be a key player in determining how immersive experiences are delivered directly to browsers. You'll implement web-based 3D & AR tour initiatives that function as interactive time travel metaverses.
What You'll Do
- Implement web-based 3D & AR tour initiatives which are time travel metaverses.
- Plan complexity and timeframes using SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
- Create components and views that connect and control 3D web elements.
- Implement Content Management Systems and backend services.
- Create and maintain testing & QA environments.
- Convert UI and UX from design tools like Figma into responsive multi-platform websites.
- Strive for the best user experience and see projects through to completion.
- Participate in and generate activities to grow a healthy and diverse culture.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proficiency with JavaScript and HTML5.
- 5+ years of knowledge in backend development, REST API design, and browser-based 3D rendering.
- 3+ years experience with Three.js, SVG, WebGL, Canvas/CSS animation, and in 3D graphics and Info-graphics.
- 2+ years of familiarity with continuous integration and automated deployment systems.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire others in the team, share knowledge, and help define the future direction of the products.
- Experience defining coding standards, best practices, and documentation.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design or other relevant field.
- Experience with the game/VFX/VR industry, Unity/Unreal game engines, and GitHub Workflows.
- Experience with Computer Graphics in general (Shaders/GLSL, Raytracing, etc.) using other programming languages.
- 3D modelling experience to do small fix-ups and conversions.
- Development experience for mobile apps and Unity applications.
- Active in the AR or Blockchain community.
