Chubb is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Actuarial Analyst to join our Actuarial department. In this role, you will support in delivering timely and accurate monthly valuation results and financial analyses for our life insurance business.
What You'll Do
- Support delivery of timely and accurate monthly valuation results and financial analyses.
- Produce movement analyses and reserve calculations.
- Conduct ad-hoc actuarial investigations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in actuarial analysis and valuation, specifically within the life insurance industry.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and experience with actuarial modeling software or programming languages (e.g., Prophet, Excel VBA, R).
- Solid understanding of life insurance products and market practices.
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks.
