This role focuses on developing robust, scalable solutions using both Generative AI and traditional machine learning models, with an emphasis on ethical deployment and real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and integration of AI-powered applications, including conversational agents, predictive models, and automation tools
- Ensure responsible AI practices are embedded in all stages of the development lifecycle, aligning with regulatory and ethical standards
- Build and maintain cloud-hosted services using secure, production-grade engineering principles
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to define and deliver innovative AI features
- Guide technical direction for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategies and operational excellence
- Mentor team members on AI/ML frameworks, model deployment, and best practices in NLP and large language models
- Integrate AI capabilities into modern cloud platforms and support digital transformation goals
- Exercise independent judgment to manage project priorities and technical trade-offs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with Python programming
- At least 4 years building and deploying AI/ML systems, including hands-on work with LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP solutions
- Proven background in web and API development, with cloud deployment experience (AWS preferred)
- Strong understanding of security, access controls, monitoring, performance optimization, and disaster recovery in production environments
Preferred Background
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in healthcare or regulated industries
- Full-stack development experience
