What You’ll Do
- Design and execute analytical solutions tailored to client needs, selecting appropriate methods to answer business challenges.
- Coordinate with international colleagues across analytics, sales, and production to ensure seamless delivery of multi-country initiatives.
- Collaborate with global experts to maintain high standards in reporting and insight generation, while deepening your knowledge of client industries and analytics solutions.
- Present findings to stakeholders, translating technical results into strategic implications with clarity and confidence.
- Help strengthen team capabilities by contributing to knowledge sharing and promoting best practices across regions.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of professional experience in analytics, consulting, FMCG, retail, or insights-driven client roles.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with comfort in digital collaboration environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, precision, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate complex data stories in a clear, compelling way.
- Proven project leadership skills, with the ability to manage timelines and priorities effectively.
- Experience building strong relationships across teams and with external clients.
Additional Assets
- Knowledge of other Western European languages is an advantage.
