10x Team is looking for a freelance Analytics Consultant specializing in AI training. This is a part-time, remote role focused on developing and refining AI capabilities through expert analysis and feedback.
What You'll Do
- Analyze AI system outputs to identify patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Train AI models by providing structured data, corrections, and nuanced feedback.
- Consult on analytics methodologies and data interpretation strategies for AI development.
- Commit 8-20 hours per week to project-based tasks and training cycles.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an analytics consultant, data scientist, or similar quantitative role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data and model logic.
- Experience with or a deep understanding of AI/ML model training processes.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Ability to manage a flexible, freelance schedule and deliver consistent part-time hours.
Work Mode
