What You'll Do
- Design and implement web crawling tools with dynamic configuration capabilities
- Build and optimize data pipelines within a Django and PostgreSQL environment
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integration
- Ensure data integrity through validation, serialization, and reliable storage
- Write comprehensive tests and maintain thorough documentation across the codebase
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Python, Django, and SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB
- Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and containerized deployment workflows
- Strong command of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompting techniques, and vector databases
- Familiarity with web scraping frameworks like Scrapy or Crawl4AI
- Linux and shell scripting skills
- Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience
- Agile or Scrum methodology experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proactive mindset with a focus on learning, iteration, and ownership
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Spanish or German
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Playwright, Pydantic, Jinja, LiteLLM, or Gunicorn
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Basic understanding of PHP, TYPO3, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
