Responsibilities
- Being involved in business analysis and collaborating closely with client stakeholders and the development team
- Analyzing, refining, and documenting user and system requirements
- Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Leading workshops and decision-making process
- Perform software testing, user training, handling 3rd-level support requests, and maintaining documentation
- Participating in project management and reporting activities
Requirements
- University Degree preferably in Computer science, scientific area, or economics
- Motivated, analytical, communicative, result-oriented
- Experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support and/or software development
- Fluency in German (C1+)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is an asset
