InDebted is looking for a Client Insights Analyst to join our Research & Development department. In this role, you will focus on analytics and data interpretation to provide actionable insights that support our clients and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Analyze client data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively
- Collaborate with R&D and other teams to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Support the improvement of products and services through data-driven findings
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a data analytics or insights-focused role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
