NielsenIQ is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to join our team. In this structured role, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining operational instructions for generating service information under direct and permanent supervision. You will focus on daily scheduled tasks, error reporting, and strict adherence to established processes.
What You'll Do
- Execute scheduled daily activities to support service information generation.
- Report errors and issues encountered during production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all completed activities.
- Operate processes in strict adherence to established instructions and guidelines.
- Follow established training programs to ensure procedural compliance.
- Adhere to the management model defined for the operation.
- Analyze data and information, generating reports as required.
- Work effectively within a high supervision model.
What We're Looking For
- A complete technical degree or a complete bachelor's degree (or in final semesters) in economic-administrative, engineering, or computer science fields.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in data and information analysis.
- Basic to Intermediate English, with conversational proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an Intermediate skill level in Excel.
Nice to Have
- Basic programming notions are considered desirable.
