Prime Therapeutics LLC is hiring a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to support business decision making and operations by providing data, reporting, and business intelligence services. You will act as a data and reporting expert for other team members, ensuring access to reliable information that helps people get the medicine they need.
What You'll Do
- Develop reporting solutions following internal standards by translating business requirements for multiple reporting platforms.
- Maintain and improve the reliability, efficiency, and functionality of existing reports.
- Facilitate team request intake sessions to collect reporting requirements and determine project prioritization.
- Build and maintain reporting, data, and metrics governance processes.
- Develop strategic partnerships with various levels of leadership within the organization.
- Coach and provide guidance to other team members and clients in the use and interpretation of data.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related area, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required.
- 5 years of work experience in data analysis and reporting.
- 3 years of SQL experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- Python and Big Query experience.
- Business Intelligence consulting experience.
- Project management / scrum leading experience.
- PBM experience or experience working with medical claims, pharmacy claims, healthcare and/or benefits data.
- Experience in the implementation of quality process improvement efforts.
- Experience using statistical/data analysis and best practices to identify risks and opportunities and define reporting solutions.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $81,000 - $138,000
