Third Bridge is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our Tech Success team. You will be the first point of contact for resolving technology issues, providing excellent support to office and remote employees globally, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Create, maintain, and close user accounts.
- Issue equipment, manage inventory, and organize deliveries and shipments.
- Provide technical support for desktop and laptop systems, including Windows and Mac environments.
- Configure desks and meeting and conference spaces.
- Manage escalation or delegation to senior team members or wider Tech and Product departments.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related IT support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and IP configuration.
- Experience with inventory management practices.
- Hands-on experience with dual screen setups and familiarity with HDMI, VGA, and other hardware cables.
- Ability to set up and support both MacBook and Windows laptops.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and DNS.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to IT support.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Admin Console and Google Suite is preferred.
