We need a meticulous and proactive Ecommerce Manager to oversee the accuracy and expansion of our extensive online parts catalog. Your primary responsibility will be transforming technical documentation—such as parts manuals and pricing guides—into structured, searchable product data that customers can easily navigate.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and interpret product details from technical sources to build comprehensive listings
- Enter, update, and maintain thousands of parts across multiple brands within the ecommerce platform
- Develop and manage model-specific landing pages with precise part-to-diagram linkages
- Organize inventory by brand, series, category, and subcategory to improve discoverability
- Implement consistent tagging, filtering, and sorting frameworks to enhance user experience
- Work closely with internal teams to understand product hierarchies and technical specifications
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role with a globally distributed team. You must be self-driven, comfortable working independently, and capable of managing large volumes of data with precision.
