Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to support the development and refinement of the annual business plan and ongoing forecast updates
- Enhance forecasting accuracy and performance tracking by analyzing key financial metrics and providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Work closely with Payor Engagement and Revenue Cycle leaders to assess financial performance and evaluate financial implications
- Lead efforts to standardize and document efficient planning and reporting processes
- Perform in-depth analysis of revenue data, focusing on payer reimbursement, claims trends, and clinical operations to uncover insights
- Create and manage dashboards and reports that track critical revenue-related KPIs
- Support the preparation of financial summaries and presentations for leadership and departmental stakeholders on recurring schedules
- Build strong relationships with internal teams across the organization to support financial objectives
- Promote alignment across departments on financial planning and improve data integrity and reporting efficiency
- Help identify and assess complex issues impacting revenue streams
- Transform detailed financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-makers
