Binance is looking for a Game Numerical Designer to lead the design and development of a sustainable points ecosystem. In this role, you will focus on system rules, economic modeling, and cross-functional implementation to ensure system stability, user comprehension, and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end development of a sustainable points ecosystem, defining core rules and formulating total points issuance.
- Complete mechanisms for points acquisition, consumption, recycling, validity period, and inflation control to ensure stable value anchoring.
- Establish a full set of core metrics, design anti-cheating and anti-abuse strategies, and guarantee long-term system stability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop benefit display and user communication guidelines.
- Drive seamless integration of the points system with business activities, lower user comprehension barriers, and reduce complaint risks.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years professional experience in user incentive programs, membership systems, or economic system design across gaming, e-commerce, or fintech.
- Track record of leading end-to-end successful projects, such as building a points system from 0 to 1.
- Strong logical and mathematical competence to independently complete points balance calculation, cost budgeting, and long-term inflation modeling.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel formulas and basic SQL is a mandatory requirement.
- Solid understanding of financial product logic (spot trading, futures, wealth management).
- Familiar with investor protection protocols and compliance boundaries, especially in avoiding incentives for high-risk behaviors.
- Excellent cross-team collaboration skills to align with compliance, risk control, product development, and other core departments.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in game numerical planning, with hands-on expertise in numerical design and balance adjustment within the gaming industry.
- Fintech or securities brokerage background with in-depth knowledge of cross-regional compliance differences and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced data analysis capabilities: proficiency in Python or SQL, with the ability to independently build and optimize points liability forecasting models.
