Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle design of a balanced points-based economy, defining core mechanics such as task-based earning, tier progression, reward redemption, and establishing total supply parameters, alongside systems for earning, spending, recycling, expiration, and inflation control to maintain value stability and cost efficiency.
- Define key performance indicators for the points system—including redemption rates, inflation metrics, and cost tracking—and implement safeguards against fraud and misuse to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Work closely with Product, Design, business units, regional teams, Risk, PR, and Customer Support to shape benefit presentation and user communication standards, ensuring smooth integration with business initiatives, improved user understanding, and reduced user complaints.
