Role Overview
Support the Operations Supply Chain team during a critical period as a Seasonal Operations Support Specialist. This remote position runs from April through September and focuses on maintaining operational accuracy and efficiency for strategic accounts. You'll play a central role in identifying and resolving data discrepancies, tracking case resolution, and ensuring service level standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor exception reports and alert leadership to anomalies to support rapid response
- Track operational performance indicators and SLAs to maintain accountability
- Enter and manage case data accurately in Salesforce to support daily workflows
- Use Excel, Power BI, and other tools to build and maintain routine and on-demand reports
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends and support data-driven decisions
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
- Participate in team meetings with actionable insights to improve processes
- Support administrative functions including documentation, data gathering, and reporting
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate strong attention to detail, solid analytical ability, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience handling large datasets are essential. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a remote, temporary position requiring availability during East Coast business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday).
