About the Role

CI&T is looking for a Mid-level DevOps Engineer to join our team in Brazil. You will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and automation solutions that support our development and operational goals.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
  • Automate operational processes to improve system reliability and reduce manual effort
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software lifecycle

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a DevOps or similar role, with a focus on automation and infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring principles
