Role Overview
This position is responsible for the ongoing management and enhancement of the organization's Access Services network infrastructure, with a focus on secure connectivity through VPN solutions, firewall systems, and Site-to-Site tunneling. As a key technical resource, you will ensure high availability, security, and performance across critical network components.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the resolution of escalated incidents and coordinate problem management with internal IT departments and external vendors
- Manage and maintain firewall configurations, VPN gateways, and tunneling infrastructure
- Plan, test, and implement changes to network environments with minimal service disruption
- Perform regular system monitoring, backups, and recovery procedures to maintain data integrity and service continuity
- Document network configurations, operational procedures, and user support guides
- Support DevOps initiatives by integrating network practices into agile workflows
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure reliable integration and support of network services
- Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility assessments, and vendor research for infrastructure improvements
- Improve customer experience through training, documentation, and process optimization
- Apply hardware patches and configure complex network systems to meet performance and security standards
