Responsibilities
- Act as the primary internal authority on a designated product or product group, ensuring deep expertise and accurate representation
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product functionality and industry developments, communicating value clearly to internal and external audiences
- Partner with departments including asset optimization, marketing, sales, and trading operations to drive product success
- Create and manage the release board, sales feature matrix, and accessible product documentation such as FAQs and technical specifications
- Serve as the central source of product knowledge, delivering training and direct support to teams like sales and trading operations
- Collect and structure requirements to guide product planning and development cycles
- Engage directly with customers to identify needs, collect feedback, and forecast future expectations for product enhancement
- Lead the design process for dashboards, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with brand standards
- Manage quarterly dashboard rollouts that deliver measurable impact across current and emerging markets, using both qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to prioritize roadmap items based on business value and technical viability
Requirements
- Educational background in business, IT, science, or a related field
- Professional experience in a comparable role within the energy sector, preferably with dashboard systems
- Enjoys direct customer interaction and transforming feedback into practical product insights
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with skill in explaining complex technical topics clearly
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in interpreting user data for decision-making
- Aesthetic sensitivity and attention to visual design principles
- Proven experience creating product documentation and training resources for sales and operations
- Fluency in English
- Detail-focused with a commitment to high-quality output in a fast-moving environment
- Skilled at collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Basic proficiency in Python programming
- Some hands-on experience applying large language models
