Nutanix is hiring a Senior Account Manager

Drive enterprise growth as a Senior Account Manager in Austria, where your focus will be on acquiring new clients and expanding current engagements within the Enterprise and Mid-Market sectors. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, identifying opportunities across the entire product portfolio and advancing Nutanix's presence through strategic, solution-oriented selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new enterprise clients and grow revenue within assigned accounts through proactive outreach and relationship development
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineers and internal teams to align technical capabilities with customer business objectives
  • Communicate product value, licensing models, and pricing structures in a clear, customer-centric way
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with channel providers, alliances, and independent software vendors
  • Use strong presentation and negotiation skills to advance pipeline and close deals
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while supporting broader team goals

Qualifications

Successful candidates will bring over a decade of sales experience in the IT sector, with a strong foundation in infrastructure technologies. Fluency in both German and English is essential for engaging stakeholders at all levels. You should have a history of customer-focused results, with the ability to translate business challenges into effective technology outcomes.
