As a Senior Android Developer, you’ll play a key role in evolving a widely used mobile application within a fast-paced, global gaming environment. You'll work closely with designers, product teams, and fellow engineers to turn creative concepts into reliable, high-quality Android experiences.
What You'll Do
You’ll take ownership of feature development, maintenance, and performance improvements for the Android app. This includes writing clean, scalable code, conducting thorough code reviews, and ensuring technical excellence across releases. You’ll participate actively in agile rituals—planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews—helping the team stay aligned and efficient.
Collaboration is central to the role. You’ll work side by side with cross-functional partners, share insights, mentor peers, and help integrate the latest advancements in Android development into real-world solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional software development experience
- Proven track record working on large-scale, complex applications, ideally within a game studio or similar environment
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java
- Structured approach to architecture and problem-solving
- Proactive mindset with analytical thinking and a focus on delivering practical solutions
- Commitment to staying current with Android platform capabilities and applying them effectively
