Hey Jane is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of our brand. You will lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, cohesive assets across all channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and execution of visual assets for marketing campaigns, product interfaces, and brand communications.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity and design system for the Hey Jane brand.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate objectives into compelling visual designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining high standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance on design work to peers.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills across digital and print media.
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Proven ability to work independently, manage projects end-to-end, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
