As a Senior I4.0 Product Owner, you will spearhead key initiatives in smart manufacturing and artificial intelligence within a high-impact technical environment. Your focus will be on advancing AI-driven solutions in semiconductor production, ensuring alignment between data science, engineering, and operational teams across global sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SEMI E79 OEE initiative to improve equipment utilization and manufacturing performance
- Drive the Fab ROC (Remote Operations Center) project, enabling centralized monitoring and control across fabrication units
- Oversee the development and deployment of a generative AI chatbot to support internal operations and technical workflows
- Coordinate collaboration between Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Define project scope, gather requirements, and translate strategic goals into actionable user stories and tasks
- Structure and maintain documentation using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools
- Present project updates, outcomes, and technical direction to senior leadership, including Directors and VPs
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to accelerate delivery timelines
- Support training, adoption, and knowledge transfer for new systems and platforms
- Contribute to development efforts as needed, ranging from configuration to moderate coding tasks
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Minimum of three years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Proven track record managing technical projects and delivering results in complex environments
- Experience using project management platforms such as Jira and Notion
- History of reporting to senior-level stakeholders and influencing decision-making at scale
Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid work model, combining on-site and remote collaboration. You will work closely with distributed teams, requiring flexibility and strong organizational skills to maintain alignment across time zones and functions.
