As a Senior I4.0 Product Owner, you will drive innovation in industrial automation and digital transformation, focusing on scalable solutions that enhance equipment efficiency, remote operations, and intelligent user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives including SEMI E79 OEE, Fab ROC (Remote Control Center), and GenAI-powered chatbot development.
- Act as the central point of coordination between data science, engineering, architecture, and business teams to define scope, gather requirements, and align on deliverables.
- Break down complex business needs into actionable user stories and tasks, ensuring clarity and execution readiness across technical teams.
- Manage project documentation and workflows using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office to maintain transparency and traceability.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to accelerate project timelines and outcomes.
- Communicate technical objectives and progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners with precision and clarity.
- Support training, user enablement, and solution adoption across global teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, is essential for global collaboration.
- Minimum of three years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech environments.
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Jira and Notion.
- Proven ability to report to senior leadership, including Directors and VPs, with structured updates and strategic insights.
Technology Environment
Work within a modern digital ecosystem using Jira, Notion, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office for project planning, documentation, and collaboration.
