What You’ll Do
- Design and implement AI-driven applications for complex, real-world challenges
- Develop, train, and refine machine learning and deep learning models for production use
- Apply MLOps practices to automate deployment, monitoring, and model lifecycle management
- Perform data analysis, including cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in live environments
- Integrate AI components into larger software systems using RESTful services and cloud infrastructure
What We Need
- Over 7 years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or computer science
- Proven ability to deliver complete software products with integrated ML components
- Strong background in computer vision and natural language processing
- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of SQL
- Experience building and deploying production-ready ML pipelines and models
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks
- Background in Big Data technologies and distributed computing
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and version control
- Cloud platform experience, especially Azure or Azure Machine Learning
- Experience with TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow Serving, or gRPC
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design and unit testing
- Exposure to recommendation, ranking, or unsupervised learning systems
