Aledade is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to lead strategy, development, and execution of our BI capabilities. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead Aledade's Business Intelligence strategy and roadmap.
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of BI analysts and engineers.
- Design and implement scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and reports.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and self-service analytics.
- Translate complex business questions into clear, data-driven analyses and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of direct experience managing and developing BI or data teams.
- Proven expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and data warehouse concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategy and drive business impact through data insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare or health-tech industry.
- Background in a high-growth, data-driven technology company.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
