Responsibilities
- P&L Optimization: You won’t just look at workflows; you’ll look at the numbers. You will analyze the income statements of acquired companies to identify 'leakage' and drive EBITDA improvements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with finance leads to develop rolling forecasts and annual budgets for the portfolio, ensuring that efficiency gains are accurately reflected in financial projections.
- Variance Analysis: Track the 'before and after' of your efficiency initiatives. When a company misses a target, you’ll perform deep-dive variance analysis to find out if it was an operational failure or a market shift.
- The Diagnostic: Audit the data health of our recent acquisitions. You’ll navigate inconsistent Google Sheets and Excel trackers to create a 'Single Source of Truth'.
- The Bridge: Act as the translator between our executive leadership and the operational teams at the acquired companies.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

- SQL Native: You are comfortable writing queries to extract insights from relational databases without needing a developer to hold your hand.
- Financial Modeling: Advanced ability to build 3-statement models and DCFs in Excel, specifically tailored to integration scenarios.
- KPI Development: Experience defining and tracking SaaS or industry-specific metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, Burn Rate, or Gross Margin) and linking them to operational drivers.
- Prior experience in FP&A and advanced English proficiency
