As a Senior Product Analyst, you will take ownership of the analytical strategy for a dedicated product domain. Partnering closely with Product Directors, you will help define vision, prioritize roadmap initiatives, and guide investment decisions using rigorous data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain core success metrics and measurement frameworks for product performance
- Identify high-impact opportunities and trade-offs through deep analysis of user behavior and product usage
- Investigate shifts in key metrics using root-cause analysis and diagnostic techniques
- Develop and manage dashboards, forecasts, and reporting tools to track progress and inform strategy
- Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B testing, to validate product hypotheses
- Combine quantitative data with qualitative insights to form actionable recommendations
- Analyze customer segments to uncover patterns in engagement and adoption
- Work with Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and scalability
- Translate complex findings into clear insights for cross-functional stakeholders
