As the Senior Product Manager for Personalization, you will define and execute the product strategy for systems that tailor the user experience based on individual behavior and preferences. Your work will span the full lifecycle of engagement, starting with onboarding and extending through ongoing interactions, ensuring each user receives a uniquely relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of personalization features including menu ranking, recommendation algorithms, and search relevance
- Design predictive models that anticipate user preferences and adapt over time based on feedback and behavior
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design teams to build scalable, real-time personalization engines
- Define success metrics and conduct A/B testing to measure the impact of personalization initiatives
