What You’ll Do
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to define and refine core product experiences
- Use behavioral insights and user data to identify opportunities and prioritize development
- Lead the full product lifecycle—from concept to scale—for features like AI assistants, personalized sleep plans, and tracking tools
- Develop a flexible, scalable platform architecture to support growing user demand
- Translate clinical and developmental expertise into intuitive digital experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record managing consumer-facing digital products from idea to impact
- Ability to turn complex user behaviors into clear product direction
- Experience using data to guide decisions and measure outcomes
- Collaborative approach when working across technical and creative teams
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in consumer products is a plus
- Background in health tech, parenting tools, or human-centered design is highly valued
