Lead the future of organic search in fintech as a Senior Product Manager focused on SEO and AEO. You'll define the product vision and roadmap to grow reach and engagement through high-performing, user-centered experiences. Partner closely with data, design, engineering, and marketing to deliver scalable solutions that improve outcomes for consumers.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy to expand organic traffic and user acquisition.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, user insights, and performance data.
- Design and launch features that enhance discoverability, engagement, and conversion in search.
- Use A/B testing, analytics, and experimentation to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Collaborate across disciplines to ship high-quality product improvements on time.
- Mentor team members and promote inclusive, data-driven product practices.
- Advocate for user needs in every stage of development and decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or consumer finance.
- 2+ years focused on SEO or organic growth initiatives.
- Proven ability to scale products in fast-moving environments, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools, A/B testing, and user research.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and navigate technical workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and influence across cross-functional teams.
