Accenture is hiring a Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution blueprint and roadmap, acting as the bridge between client vision and technology execution. In this role, you will translate business problems into technology solutions and align stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Understand RFP/RFIs and translate Generative AI business needs into technical architecture.
- Define end-to-end application architecture diagrams from data ingestion to consumption.
- Align technology components with specific business use cases.
- Prepare detailed ADM effort estimates and validate them with capability SMEs.
- Design optimal staffing models based on onshore/offshore mix and pyramid structure.
- Build solution plan PowerPoint decks for sales and delivery alignment.
- Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
- Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams.
- Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents.
- Present and defend solutions in internal and external forums.
- Seamlessly transition the solution to the delivery team post-deal closure.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant IT industry experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong experience in SI/application development or application maintenance projects.
- Working knowledge of cloud ecosystems: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, filters, vlookup).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in Data or AI.
- Good PowerPoint skills for leadership storytelling.
- Working knowledge of APIs/microservices, front-end/back-end technologies, and awareness of tools like ChatGPT.
