We're looking for a skilled software developer to help shape the future of building technology. You'll play a central role in advancing our 'Buildings as Code™' platform, creating robust tools that streamline core engineering workflows in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sector.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement foundational features using idiomatic F# within the .NET ecosystem
- Translate complex technical requirements into clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to refine product direction
- Take ownership of major feature development from concept to delivery
- Support team growth through mentorship and thoughtful code reviews
- Engage deeply with niche technical challenges and emerging software patterns
What We're Looking For
- Strong command of statically-typed, high-level languages such as F#, C#, or C++
- Proven ability to decompose complex problems into modular components
- Experience debugging both compile-time and runtime issues efficiently
- Clear written communication skills, especially around technical design and implementation
- Familiarity with version control workflows and meaningful pull request practices
- Exposure to AEC industry software, particularly Autodesk Revit, is a plus
- A mindset oriented toward learning, feedback, and collective improvement
