US Mobile is looking for a Staff Product Designer, CORE (Mobile) (Visual & Interactive) to define and elevate the user experience for our flagship mobile platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, translating complex user needs into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the visual and interactive design for the US Mobile CORE mobile application
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
  • Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries for mobile
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure design fidelity from concept to launch
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

What We're Looking For

  • Substantial experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app work
  • Expert proficiency in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Proven ability to own design problems from discovery through to shipped product
  • Deep understanding of iOS and Android design principles and patterns
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating design rationale and collaborating cross-functionally
