Role Overview
This position is responsible for the ongoing administration and support of enterprise IT systems, ensuring reliable and secure operations across on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will manage infrastructure, streamline deployments, and support network stability in a collaborative technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and maintenance of system infrastructure.
- Configure and support Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
- Administer Hyper-V platforms, including host management and virtual machine maintenance.
- Manage Active Directory services and Domain Controller configurations.
- Ensure continuous performance and reliability of VOIP and communication platforms.
- Operate and secure AWS cloud environments, including networking and infrastructure components.
- Deploy and maintain cloud security tools such as web application firewalls and content delivery networks.
- Strengthen server security and implement comprehensive backup strategies.
- Automate configuration and deployment processes to improve efficiency.
- Keep accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations.
- Respond quickly to technical incidents with effective troubleshooting.
- Work with technical teams to enhance connectivity and system integration.
- Perform additional IT support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least three years of hands-on experience in IT system administration.
- Demonstrated skill in managing Linux and Windows server environments.
- Solid knowledge of AWS services and cloud networking principles.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure devices.
- Proven experience diagnosing and resolving technical system issues.
- Strong analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Fluency in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
