About the Role
This position contributes to a large-scale transformation effort by conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance program effectiveness and equity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to support transformation initiatives
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to program performance
- Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across divisions
- Support development of performance metrics and dashboards
- Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback
- Review existing policies and procedures for improvement opportunities
- Identify disparities in service delivery and access
- Assist in designing and testing new program models
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Participate in project planning and implementation activities
- Contribute to equity-focused assessments and strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of research processes
- Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with transformation or change management projects
- Advanced skills in statistical analysis software
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Oregon's human services systems
