Wizards of the Coast (Skeleton Key studio) is looking for an Analyst, Business Analysis based in Colombia. This senior-level finance role provides critical financial risk assessment, strategic business support, and executive reporting. You will apply your analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and assess financial and business risks associated with key decisions.
- Prepare flash highlights, insights, and executive-level reporting for Director and Executive Management.
- Provide analytical support on strategic and ad-hoc business initiatives.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret complex financial data, identify trends and risks, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
- Communicate insights effectively through clear written and verbal messaging to financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve financial processes.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Strong expertise in financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Advanced MS Excel skills and strong experience with Python and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and ownership mindset.
- Results-driven, able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Experience in valuation, financial modeling, and data modeling.
- Strong background in business analytics.
- Proven ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial and operational opportunities.
